Daljit Singh Thind taters up - plata o plomo

Nobody is answering the phone or returning e-mails at Thind Properties. Security firm Group Security Services Ltd. is the latest to sue Daljit Singh Thind. In a notice of civil claim dated Feb. 20, the co claims $145k for security services it provided to Highline property in Metrotown, one of the developer’s distressed properties. Lender KingSett Capital has four projects by Thind Properties under creditor protection. Thind's debt to KingSett Capital is about $500 million. Sources say Daljit Singh Thind was among the first Khalistani beneficiaries of Sinaloa Cartel capital and was closely connected to Sami El-Helou. The Sinaloa Cartel called its loan at some point and Daljit Singh Thind was required to repay it. Or else. Thind avoided his or else by ripping everybody off. He cheated the sicario, for now.

$17.7 million was missing 3 months ago, including over $10m that should have been paid toward debt to KingSett. Thind received another $7.5m in GST funds from the sale of condos and failed to remit the money to the CRA. Unsecured debts have not been paid. Some of Thind's stolen loot went into Punjabi films. 'Je JATT' translates to "I am Jatt" referring to the high caste Jatt clan. 'Vigarh Gya' in English translates to "He became angry". Thind is predominantly a Jatt clan.

Folks buying Thind's shitboxes have been ripped off. A dive on google reveals virtually all saying Thind buildings are poor quality and repairs on deficiencies have not been made. Burnaby RCMP announced a fentanyl ‘super lab’ bust at a Langley farm on November 27, 2024. Cops use the term ‘super lab’ to describe large-scale, commercial drug operations. It was another one down for all the usual suspects; the Sinaloa Cartel, Sami El-Helou and the Sandhers/KTF. Cops executed 4 search warrants in the Lower Mainland October 16 and 17. Raids revealed a drug lab at a rural property in Langley capable of producing 7 kg of fentanyl weekly. Cops seized fentanyl, hundreds of kilograms of precursor chemicals and two vehicles. The most common synthesis route for fentanyl uses precursor chemicals: 4-anilino-N-phenethyl-4-piperidine (ANPP) and N-phenethyl-4-piperidone (NPP).

Two unnamed bums, a 31-year-old Burnaby man and a 43-year-old Surrey man, were arrested and face charges. It took cops three days to dismantle the lab, destroy the equipment and dispose of the contaminated materials. The fentanyl lab was another one down for the Sandher/KTF/Sinaloa Cartel operation.

Cops fingered 4 criminal organizations in Western Canada as high-level fentanyl threats to the security of the country. Leader of the parade, until their labs got busted, were the KTF/Sinaola Cartel/Sandhers.

Frédérick Silva - update

Frédérick Silva decided to collaborate with cops on June 30, 2022, and for more than two and a half years a major investigation called Alliance has been underway. Quebec cops have asked to keep evidence until at least this fall, their second extension. At least 35 people were wiretapped for a year, dozens arrested during the investigation, their homes searched, and more than 150 electronic devices seized and analyzed. Silva has made disclosures about more than 60 murders and attempted murders. Among other things, Silva organized the 2014 murder of gang leader Ducarme Joseph, and was involved in the December 2009 assassination of Nicola Rizzuto Jr., eldest son of mafia boss Vito Rizzuto. Two other men were targeted by the request; Nicko Belisle and Mario Sollecito. Mario Sollecito is one of the brothers of Stefano Sollecito, still considered co-leader of the Sicilian clan of the Montreal mafia. Frédérick Silva will confess to all his crimes, his accomplices, and implicate those giving the orders.

Homes of scores of high-profile organized crime figures have been raided, including Pietro D’Adamo, Vito Salvaggio, and Jean-Philippe Célestin, a well-known street gang leader and right hand of the murdered Gregory Wolley. Warrants are all tied to Frédérick Silva and involve 65 murders.

Pietro D'Adamo was sentenced to 80 months in 2009 for conspiracy, cocaine and gangsterism.

Frédérick Silva was whisked away by a cop helicopter from the federal Ste-Anne-des-Plaines penitentiary north of Montreal. He's under 24 hour police protection at a secret location. All information revealed by Frédérick Silva must be corroborated. Searches were carried out in the Laurentians looking for the remains of Montreal gangster Jean-Raymond Claude. Claude was a member of the 67, a former Montreal street gang of the blues, led by Ducarme Joseph, who was also killed in 2014. Ducarme Joseph was suspected of killing Nick Rizzuto Jr., eldest son of godfather Vito Rizzuto, in December 2009.

Frédérick Silva tried to kill mafia boss Salvatore Scoppa in 2017 who was then murdered in the spring of 2019. Close to the Hells Angels, Sébastien Beauchamp was killed by a bullet in the head by Silva in 2018. Silva had refused to cooperate but had a change of heart after being warned of a $250k contract on his life.

Sébastien Giroux was shot on May 11, 2023. Bernard Cherfan in June. An open six figure murder contract is out on Silva, who was sentenced to 25 years without parole. His collaboration will seriously shake organized crime in Montreal and Quebec.

Bert Tonsoo - Sandher lawyer

Key K9 in the Sandher operation is corrupt Kelowna lawyer Robert (Bert) Tonsoo. Bert has been the liartard for Sandher Sinaloa Cartel money laundering amounting to hundreds of millions for over 15 years. Tonsoo is the rare white man with in-depth knowledge of the entire Sandher operation. He is long in tooth. Cops are well aware of his role. Bert was pulled in for questioning by cops the morning of September 18th, 2024. A Bitcoin transaction from a wallet of Sami El-Helou was sent and cashed out to his trust account. It entered the blockchain through a Garantex wallet in Moscow. Bert Tonsoo has been the 'go to' liartard for countless dodgy property purchases by the Sandhers, most involving FinTrac. His hand is all over Canco Petroleum and has been since its inception. Scumbag lawyers create shell companies, wire money, transfer real estate and deposit drug cash into trust accounts, all under the cover of solicitor-client privilege. They are not subject to Canada’s anti-money laundering laws. Bert Tonsoo has made a career of it.
