| A video posted 2 years ago shows the medical treatment an imported worker received after being injured from a fall off a ladder at a G.P. Sandher cherry orchard in Kelowna. In August 2024 the Sandhers were fined $42k by WorkSafe BC for violations. That followed a January 2024 fine of $40,000 for failing to have a seat belt on one of their tractors. Their MoE fines for dumping plant waste into a ditch exceed $115,000. |
