Troika Developments - Canco Petroleum and Renee Merrifield - update II

A dive reveals multiple problems with Troika by late 2020. These include missed deadlines, unfinished work, and unpaid trades. (info@troikagroup.ca)
Those problems were straightened out by around 2022, which is about when Canco Petroleum arrived with buckets of dirty drug money. Renee Merrifield was still a politico on Canco's arrival. Carlos Alentejano is the COO and Merrifield's husband. There is evidence of nepotism. The Co is hiring for MANY positions. They are not established and large enough for major projects. They were sub-contractors, not a developer. With Sinaloa Cartel money behind them, they are pretendians referring to 'tribe'.

News on March 26, 2025 was about a 160 unit woodframe shitbox breaking ground at 1881 Barlee Road in Kelowna. The shitbox numbers are 17 studios, 111 one-bedroom, and 32 two-bedroom. This wood box complex might be good for illegal students working in KTF scam call centers. Lack of parking and a major reduction of setback was rubber stamped by a compliant City hall.
Kelowna mayor Tom Dyas was there to provide his brand of bullshit with sidekick Mohini Singh, again.
The Co completed a $900k renovation project at the Canco head office for partner Parmjeet Singh Sehgal, paid for with Sinaloa Cartel drug money.
